We provide services throughout the Permian Basin, State Planning and Service Area 9, covering over 23,000 square miles of rural West Texas.  Locally sponsored by the Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission, we receive funding under the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, and State General Revenue through grants from the Texas Health and Human Services.
