62nd Annual St. Lawrence Fall Festiva Sunday, October 7th, 2018 St. Lawrence Church St. Thomas Mission Diocese of San Angelo PastorFather Chinna 2400 FM 2401 Garden,CityTexas 79739 Mass: Will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. in the church Location: The St. Lawrence Church & Parish Hall are located 10 miles south of Garden City on Hwy. 33 then 5 miles West on Hwy. 2401 OR from Midland, travel east (toward Garden City/San Angelo) on Hwy. 158 for 22 miles then turn south (right) at the blinking light onto Hwy. 137 (toward Big Lake), continue driving South for 14 miles, then turn East (left) onto Hwy, 2401 at the blinking light, continue driving East for 6 miles, the St. Lawrence Church Hall wil be on the North (left) side of the highway Meal: Lunch will be served from 11:00-2:00 p.m. ONLY. The menu features Barbeque Brisket, Homemade German Sausage and all of the trimmings including homemade desserts (as well as diabetic desserts), tea, coffee or water. Sausage sandwiches and other food concessions will be available after 4:00 p.m. for purchase Plates To Go: also be available from 11-2 Meal Tickets: Noon meal tickets can be purchased from 10:45 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. (Adult tickets will be $12.00 each and tickets for children 12 and under will be $10.00 each.) Sausage: Uncooked, Homemade German Sausage will be sold for $5.00 per pound in the Sausage Haus located directly behind the Gym. (Where game booths are located.) ctivities: Various game booths, jumpy houses and other booths will open at 10:30 am. followed by the 11:00 a.m opening of the Kountry Kitchen, Religious Booth and Concessions Stand Bingo: Will begin at 12 noon and will conclude at 4:00 p.m. Auctions: There will be a Live Auction at 2:00 p.m. and auction will feature a wide array of unique items for purchase to the highest bidder Reserved Parking: Several handicap parking spaces will be available near the front entrance of the Parish Hall Reserved Seating: There will be reserved meal seating for our guests who need extra assistance as well as Senior Citizen We will be serving these visitors so they do not have to wait in line.
