Home Hospice was founded in January of 1995 by Rev. Hilton Chancellor who saw a need for local hospice care that is provided by local people who are involved in the community. Today, Home Hospice, a CHAP accredited agency, has grown to be the largest and most used hospice provider in the Permian Basin, with offices in Odessa, Midland, Big Spring, and Andrews. The Hospice House Foundation 501(c)3 exists to support organizations and individuals who provide help for the disabled, elderly or the dying.
